To confirm and secure your appointment, a 50% deposit of the treatment price is required, which will be applied toward your final invoiced total. Your cooperation in this process ensures a seamless and secure commencement of our professional engagement.

Cancellation Policy

Should a cancellation be necessary within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the deposited amount will be forfeited. It is appreciated that you communicate any anticipated changes to your appointment at your earliest convenience, allowing for efficient scheduling adjustments. Your understanding and timely notification contribute to the smooth operation of our professional arrangements.

Gratuity

To streamline the booking process and enhance the post-treatment experience, gratuity is discretionary. The base service fee is structured to provide a fair and adequate compensation for your massage therapist.
